A little more about me
I am a full-spectrum doula offering heart-centered support through pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
My approach is rooted in presence, deep listening and compassionate care. I believe every person and every family deserves to feel seen, respected, informed and supported as they move through the deeply personal journey of welcoming a baby.
I bring together practical knowledge, emotional support, intuition and traditional wisdom, always honoring your choices, values, culture and unique experience. My role is not to tell you how your journey should look but to walk beside you, helping you feel grounded, confident and connected to your own voice and instincts.
I also incorporate Rebozo techniques to offer comfort, relaxation, grounding and gentle physical support throughout pregnancy, labor and recovery.
Fluent in English and Spanish, I offer inclusive and culturally sensitive care to families of all backgrounds and family structures.
Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, I am here to hold space for your questions, your strength, your vulnerability and your transformation with warmth, compassion and trust.
