What is a doula...

prenatal: an ally during pregnancy

Who is she?


A prenatal doula accompanies pregnant people with emotional, physical and informational support. She can intervene only during pregnancy or continue her support until birth (See Birth Support ) . Her approach is always imbued with compassion, respect and attentive listening to allow you to experience pregnancy with serenity and confidence.

A space for listening and emotional support

  • Normalizes feelings and concerns;

  • Strengthens his confidence and involvement;

  • Offers concrete ways to support the pregnant person.


Wellness techniques and access to resources

  • Transmits relaxation methods (breathing, meditation, visualizations);

  • May offer massages and positions to relieve discomfort;

  • Sharing exercises suitable for pregnancy;

  • Refers to other professionals as needed (acupuncturists, osteopaths, physiotherapists).
